While traveling from Oh back home to FL our 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 broke down on the interstate around 5:00 in 99 degree weather. After getting a tow to Dodgeland and finding a hotel right next door, they got our truck in first thing in the morning. While it was not an easy fix, they had all parts on hand and even tho the tech was supposed to he home around noon for a family get together he stayed until the job was completed around 1 pm to get us on the road. The service writer and Tech both kept us informed as to what was happening to our truck and kept cost down as much as possible. It is never fun to break down anytime on the road, especially in another state, but the guys here were very courteous and went way beyond what we expected. We were greeted by Eric Lawrence the moment we arrived at Dodgeland of Columbia. Normally, two women (one very old and one getting there) are invisable at places where men usually dominate the buying power Dodgeland of Columbia. I know this from previous experience. Eric immediately gave the impression that he was waiting for us. I had been to another dealership and they could not be bothered..I was at that other brand dealership all of five minutes. Eric was very patient and really listened to what I was looking for. I felt welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was very considerate of my 90 yr mother who was with me. Eric matched me with my 2010 Dodge Dakota and Derek made the financing a pleasant experience. Derek took the time to explain everything and sometimes more than once. As with Eric, Derek treated me like I was the only customer in the store. I also feel that Eric went above and beyond the day I picked up my truck and traded in my old one. Dodgeland also made follow-up calls after the sale.
