My sister and her husband drove almost two hours out of their way to show up for a car that was promised to them. As it turns out, the car wasn't even there. They received the whole schtick about how it wa their way to show up for a car that was promised to them. As it turns out, the car wasn't even there. Then why did they receive TWO calls from TWO different salesmen today practically begging them to come look at that particular car? Both the salesman and his manager either both flat-out lied or just didn't have any clue how to conduct an honorable business deal. After THAT disappointment, they brought out another vehicle with similar mileage and price for them to look at. The paint was in desperate need of a paint job and even had a large chunk missing in the middle of the hood that the salesman TRIED TO COVER WITH HIS HAND before we could see it. At that time, we decided these people weren't even worth dealing with. I was just a bystander during this time, but I'm in the market for a new car, as well. I would've considered dealing with them had they negotiated fairly with my sister and her husband. Scratch that, they lost two potential sales due to being shady "businessmen". NOT recommended at all. More

The two times that I have had my truck serviced at Dodgeland of Columbia, the fluid levels (the coolant and windshield washer) were not checked. I happened to look under the hood and was shocked how l Dodgeland of Columbia, the fluid levels (the coolant and windshield washer) were not checked. I happened to look under the hood and was shocked how low the coolant was and there is no leak. When ever I take my vehicle to Firestone, they check and top off all fluids. I get better service at Firestone at a better price. More
