I have bought several vehicles from Dodgeland of Columbia. Each time I visit the employees are very friendly and go out of their way to help. Randall, was especially helpful when it came to buying o Columbia. Each time I visit the employees are very friendly and go out of their way to help. Randall, was especially helpful when it came to buying our new Dodge Ram. He explained the vehicle well and was overall a great salesman. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car or truck. More
Went in and viewed a mini van, long story short heard the offer from the finance manager since the first deal presented was so high no one in their right mind would take it. Never got a call back in three days after repeatedly leaving messages for the salesman. I got excuses from the manager and was told he would call me back in an hour with good or bad info on a deal....No call. Terrible customer service, was told they see 75 people on a Saturday and only 20 make a decision so in their business they just move on. No secondary vehicle to consider, no return calls until a week later after I have already made a deal somewhere else with ACTUAL customer service. Would never go back and over all a terrible experience. More
My family and I pulled on the lot not sure if we would make purchase that day or not (6/22/13). Kenny greeted us with a smile as I tossed him keys and said, "Here you take this and get my wife something n make purchase that day or not (6/22/13). (jokingly) We briefly went inside and made a few determinations about what we were after, then out to the lot to take a look. We looked at this and that while Kenny explained the value of new cars compared to used cars. We had no trouble finding exactly what we were after, make, model and color (which they had all of). Out for the test drive, a nice quiet experience with just my family and myself. We pulled back up to the lot and I told my wife here comes the pressure. Well I was wrong!!! Never once did we feel any pressure to make a deal. Kenny and Travis ran the numbers and came back with 1st offer, the wife and I talked it over and sent Kenny back with a goal that we were comfortable with. Then Travis approached us, " Look guys I've all I can to get to where you need to be to buy and honestly I just can't get it there." uh-oh I thought we'll be driving the truck back home, " the difference is $4.00." At that point we had a done deal. Drove off the lot in our brand spanking new 2013 Dodge Avenger!!!!! Thank you Kenny, Travis, and the entire staff at Dodgeland!!!!!! P.S They even let my kids (4 and 8) run around and have a blast inside, not one single person even appeared to be aggravated, as a matter of fact one of the other reps gave them balloons!!!!! More
I found a used Chevrolet Avalanche on their lot that I was quite interested. So on Monday filled in the form, which contains the vehicle info I was interested in, received a call from Flora to setup a te was quite interested. So on Monday filled in the form, which contains the vehicle info I was interested in, received a call from Flora to setup a test drive for Thursday at 6pm. Flora called back on Wednesday to confirm that we would there on Thursday for the appointment, which we did confirm. Wife and I arrived at 6pm, then one of the sales people states that the vehicle was sent to another city to be auctioned off. Needless to I was not a happy camper. The sales man wanted to know if we could come back on Friday and they would have the vehicle back on the lot. I said no, and that I would not be back. I did receive another phone call after we left from their Use car manager apologizing and stated he would have the vehicle back if we came back to look at it. I thanked him and politely said "We will not be back nor would we even consider purchasing a vehicle from them". Also, I will be sure to tell my co-workers about this as they were interested in how this dealership treated us. More

We bought a truck from this dealership 3 years ago, had a great experience, and returned this past week to trade it in. We needed 2 vehicles due to a recent car accident which left me without a car. After visiting the website, Randall contacted us to get the process started. Upon arriving he gave us excellent customer service. We were able to trade in our truck for 1 new Avenger and 1 used Malibu. We couldn't be happier. Randall worked hard for us to stay within our budget and also get us vehicles that would suit our needs. We will return again and again and also refer him and this dealership to our friends and family. More

I explained that I was a repeat customer who wanted to trade my Durango for a new truck but that I wasn't sure exac as we pulled into the dealership. Kenny knew the features and options on the the new Durangos as well as the various Ram 1500 models available there at Dodgeland that day. He knew the producrts well and let us take several models home for a test drive. After lots of advice, we settled on a new Ram 1500 and took it home that day. There were a couple of upgrades in our agreement, like leather seats and trailer hitch, that Kenny scheduled immediately after the sale and we got those upgrades completed without any problems or concerns over quality or payment.for the work. I hope Kenny is around for our next truck purchase there at Dodgeland! Robert Watson More
