THE WORST SERVICE EVER I HAVE NEVER FELT SO DISRESPECTED IN MY LIFE. I PURCHASED A CAR JUST A YEAR AGO AND I BEGIN TO HEAR A CLICKING NOISE EACH TIME I MAKE A RIGHT TURN. I I HAVE NEVER FELT SO DISRESPECTED IN MY LIFE. I PURCHASED A CAR JUST A YEAR AGO AND I BEGIN TO HEAR A CLICKING NOISE EACH TIME I MAKE A RIGHT TURN. I RETURN TO DEALSHIP AND ADVISED THEM OF THE PROBLEM ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. I RETURNED AGAIN FOR THE SAME PROBLEM AND THIS TIME ADVISED OF A NEW SOUND COMING FROM THE VEHICLE. I WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING. I TOOK TO ANOTHER (JT DODGELAND) DEALERSHIP AFFICLATED WITH THEM AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IS A KNOWN SOUND FOR THOSE CARS (DODGE DART) AND IT HAS SET IT, THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING. I REFUSE TO STOP THERE -NOT ONLY IS THIS A NEW VEHICLE I PURCHASED, I AM THE FIRST OWNER AND DUE TO GIVE BIRTH IN LAST THAN TWO WEEKS AND WANT MY CAR FIXED AND CORRECTED BECAUSE I AM STILL REQUIRED TO PAY FOR THIS VEHICLE. I HATE THIS DEALERSHIP AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE AGAIN. MY MOM PURCHASED A NEW VEHICLE SHORTLY BEFORE ME AND HER TRANSMISSION WENT OUT IN LESS THAN TWO YEARS OF OWNING THE VEHICLE. THEY NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, WITH THE VEHICLE THEY ARE SELLING AT THIS DEALERSHIP THAT ARE NOT UP TO STANDARD OF WHAT THEY CLAIM TO BE. More

Bad Experience I never had any negative comments about the service at Dodgeland. However, the last time that I had my car serviced was the most terrible experience I never had any negative comments about the service at Dodgeland. However, the last time that I had my car serviced was the most terrible experience that I've ever had. I went to have my oil changed and it is still leaking oil. I returned the car to explain the problem and it still has not been corrected. I am unsure whether I will return my car to be serviced again. I was extremely disappointed with the service that I received. More
