Where did the great service go???? I purchased a veh from JT's in Sept of 2009 and was very happy with the service, purchase and experience. I had all of the work/repairs completed at I purchased a veh from JT's in Sept of 2009 and was very happy with the service, purchase and experience. I had all of the work/repairs completed at the dealership, including when my veh was in an accident and I insisted (to the insurance company) that I wanted the repairs completed in Dodgelands bodyshop. I have been a loyal customer since 2009 and recommended their facility to my co-workers and friends. At the end of Feb I purchased another veh from Dodgeland. The experience the day I purchased the veh was great. However-everything since then has not made me feel very valued as a customer (especially a loyal customer). I had to follow up with the sales agent five times to get an issue resolved that was agreed upon when I purchased the veh. Note again---I had to follow up. I left more than five messages for the agent and manager to get some help and no one returned my call. My sister finally took the car to the dealership and insisted on having the issue fixed (I am single and work a full time job so it is extremely hard for me to get time off to come over to the dealership). After two hours the situation was fixed. It seemed like an awful lot of time/effort/trouble on my part for a promised fix. The next week (approximately 30 days since I purchased the veh) I had a problem with the intelligent key. Again-once it was towed to Dodgeland I had to follow up with the service dept on the status of my veh. Four days later it was determined that the vehicle needed to be sent to the Nissan dealership for further investigation (luckily I had purchased a warranty with the veh). The Nissan Service Manager called me almost daily to provide an update on the status of my veh (excellent communication). No calls from Dodgeland-no offer to provide me with a rental (I had to arrange rides during the entire 10 day period my veh was being repaired). When the veh was finally ready to be picked up there was a delay in Dodgeland paying the invoice to the Nissan dealership, so instead of receiving my veh on the day it was fixed and not have to worry about rides anymore-I had to make arrangements for someone to give me a ride to the Nissan dealership at 7am so I could pick up the dealership (had to do it before work). I am very frustrated. Whether I was a brand new customer or in this case a loyal six year customer-my expectations were not met. My expectations are simple-stand behind your word, provide a great customer experience and make it easy and right for the customer! More
CHAD - Awesome! Arrived at JT's Dodgeland gritting teeth. Had one too many experiences in past. Parked car and Chad came out and quickly greeted me. Told him I had made an appointment to see a 2003 Honda Pilot. Chad took me to work area and quickly got the Honda ready for driving. We immediately connected and I started to ease tensions. Test drive went excellent. Came in and Chad listened closely to my price point and budget. Chad relayed the info to the credit manager - and amazingly - I was approved for the correct price point with no extra sales pushing of "you need." The computer system went down and they still had all the paperwork cleared in an hour. Chad went the extra step and took the $25 gas card and took the Honda out to the gas station and returned. Chad went an extra step and noticed I was in an Enterprise Rent A Car. Chad confirmed that I could drive down Greystone Blvd. and turn car in - then the guy at Enterprise could drive me back and drive the Honda home! That solution not only saved me more money but deducted an additional 48-hrs. of driving and office time figuring out how I could do the swap. I loved the bell! Thank everyone please! Even the two sales guys that flirted with me :). More

Its been a month since weve gotten our 2015 Dodge Journey from JT Dodgeland.If they cant put you in a car of some kind then its your fault.I went in w Its been a month since weve gotten our 2015 Dodge Journey from JT Dodgeland.If they cant put you in a car of some kind then its your fault.I went in with a credit number of under 500.and left with a brand new car.They worked payments where I could make them no high pressure...no BS...they were honest with me and my wife and we were honest with them.Shawn and Chuck made it happen.We live in Sumter where youre treated like crap at any new car dealership.ITS WORTH THE DRIVE.Everyones bucket list should include getting a car from JTs DodgelandThese people could teach how to provide customer service to other places.Thy are the MASTERS of it.Yall ROCk.... Nice people I went here to pick my husbands car from service. I decided to go ahead and apply for a loan since I needed a new car. They were closing so I was told I went here to pick my husbands car from service. I decided to go ahead and apply for a loan since I needed a new car. They were closing so I was told I would be contacted. I was that weekend and I gathered my three kids and 18yo sis who was visiting and drove an hour there from Shaw Air Force base. My husband was deployed. I was offered a 2015 car, smaller than my previous but new. I was happy with that. I was treated nicely and was comfortable. The two problems were 1. I was there from 12 to 5 with a 2,7, and 10 year old. They have no entertainment for families that have children tho there's a corner room with a carpet a couple books and a couple generic Drs office toys, there was no tv or movies. There was only popcorn in the popcorn maker and no near by place to find lunch or a snack. My two year old had finished his snacks, juice, and milk by 2! Problem 2. I left in a complete different car than what I test drove and looked at and was told was what I was signing for. This was because the model I thougt I was getting apparently was 4,000 more and no one told me that wouldn't work with my credit so instead I was given a base model without even LOOKING at it. Thus the waiting my entire Saturday, the sales person was finagling numbers behind he scenes. I didn't find out this base Model, 4000$ difference info until a week later. I started noticing differnt things missing from this car that were in the one i test drive as I drove home. I emailed the manager and he called me back in to the office and offered to get me floor mats that where not in the base model and reinburse me for my car seat I had to purchase because the one I had would not fit in this car like it did in the one I test drove. (Car was same exact car year make model and color so I had no idea the wool was pulled over my eyes) he offered me to return the car..no, so I took the floor mats and money for the car seat. I think they need more friendly items for family like a tv and maybe a little cooler with juice and or water for people who sit there for 5 hours with 2 year olds like me. I'm sure money isn't an issue for these dodge dealerships and it would make everyone a little more comfortable. Otherwise they are great people to work with. If my husband wasn't deployed j wouldn't have brung the kids. My sister was helpful for the first 2 hours but for the last 3 she was about like my 2yr old :-) id come back here and id bring a friend looking for a car! But if pay attention to every detail that time. I never purchased a car before this so its one of those live and learn things. More
