Great customer service I received great customer service from Shawn and Guy both during and after the sale! I purchased a certified used car from dodge land of Columbia. Thr I received great customer service from Shawn and Guy both during and after the sale! I purchased a certified used car from dodge land of Columbia. Three weeks after I bought my car the abs and traction control lights came on. i contacted Shawn my sales person who put me in touch with the service manager guy. Guy took great care of my vehicle and did a good job of following up with me to insure I was taken care of in a timely manner. I feel confident I will purchase another vehicle from this dealership in the future as a result of the service I received. More

Great Experience! I had a great experience at Dodgeland. My sales man was Chad, my finance manager was Chris, and GM Lee. When I arrived at Dodgeland, Chad greeted me I had a great experience at Dodgeland. My sales man was Chad, my finance manager was Chris, and GM Lee. When I arrived at Dodgeland, Chad greeted me quickly and assessed my needs as what I needed in a vehicle. He was able to show me several options that were pertinent to my needs. After picking out the vehicle of choice, Chris was able to get me approved for financing and paper work was done quickly. Lee did a good job of ensuring that all aspects of the sale were handled. I strongly advise anyone looking for a car to seek Dodgeland. More

Great Service Center! Oil changes completed in timely manner. Had an issue with my vehicle pulling to the left and they had it fixed in no time. I absolutely like the fact Oil changes completed in timely manner. Had an issue with my vehicle pulling to the left and they had it fixed in no time. I absolutely like the fact that the mechanic will come out and talk to you and explain in detail what is going on with your vehicle how long it will take to fix it. I live an hour and half away from Dodgeland but the great service is worth the drive to me. Keep up the good work! More

Great truck but their word isn't worth salt. I got a good truck from them, almost 2 months later there are still no issues. The problem I have and the reason I am only giving two stars is because I got a good truck from them, almost 2 months later there are still no issues. The problem I have and the reason I am only giving two stars is because when I turned my old truck in I couldn't get the tool box out of the bed. I was told that they would get it out and get it back to me. It took two weeks for me to get a hold of the guy that told me he would get it out when I talked to him I said the truck had been sent to auction. When I told him I needed it back as it belonged to my father he hung up on me. I have also been trying to get a hold of someone from finance for a week leaving a message on what ever machine was not full, with my name and number, and as of the writing of this review had yet to receive a reply. Maybe they are swamped with customers, or maybe they only care about the next sale and think "We have the money so screw those who need help after." If you want a Good truck and don't mind not being able to get a hold of anyone if something goes wrong . Then this is the place for you. If not you might want to find some place with better customer service. More
