They did their Job I just came out of a Bankruptcy and they did every thing to get me the car I wanted and that I could afford. Service Dept sorry, Patrick didn't call because he was busy. I would not recommend the service dept because I would be shame to send a friend to a place that does does not treat me with respect and does not call I would not recommend the service dept because I would be shame to send a friend to a place that does does not treat me with respect and does not call to say the service dept have the car/truck in the bay and we are looking for the problem. I brought my truck in with power problem on Sunday night and put my keys in the drop box. I called on Monday 1/18/2016, about 1130 and talk with a female who said Patrick is at lunch. I called again at 1330 and and was talking with Patrick and he hung up on me. I told him I brought the truck in on Friday and was told to bring it in on Monday. I told him I brought it in because I didn't know if my seat would catch on fire or would cause more damage to the truck. I told him I didn't want to sue Dodgeland because of more damage done to the truck. He said I was lucky to get in, but I was told to bring the truck back on Monday when I brought it in on Friday. I told him I should had received a call when the truck went in to be fix. I received NO CALL and that is unacceptable. He said he was sorry and he said he was busy, who wasn't or isn't. I Love Dodgeland but the service dept is good and sorry, It's broke and need to be fix. More
