Sucker punched by service! I was so excited about the dodge charger until I bought not one but 2. One has been broken into 4 times. My key fob has been stollen twice. I contacted Dodgeland and was given a price to get my car rekeyef. It was twice the price quoted to me. I was told that there were all kinds of charges added to my key programming. I purchased my own fob and actually had my key. I just needed the fob programmed. They jacked me terribly. They told all the customers in front of me about a survey and a chance to win $50. Because I complained the checkout person didnt mention it to me..when I asked her why I didnt get a survey she said theyd email me one....they never asked for my email address. I just want to trade out of these chargers and go back to my Ford! More

Once the purchase was made, it seemed that delivery was unimportant. It seems that no one told the service department to install the running boards on my new truck. The keys could not be found for almost an entire day. After I called in twice, and being handed off to a couple of different people, the service manager determined that the salesman had inadvertently taken the truck keys home with him. Unfortunately, the salesman was off on the day my truck should have been ready. Sales experience, tedious and focused on small, insignificant items (running boards and door edge guards, which were actually only installed on two doors instead of all four and which are already coming off after only 400 miles.). Service experience, the service manager seems to be on top of his game. He found the keys, got the running boards installed, and had my truck ready within two hours of my phone call. More
