Best Car Buying Experience EVER!!!! I give Dodgeland of Columbia an Excellent rating! My salesman Josh was very helpful and friendly from the moment I arrived. He listened to my needs an I give Dodgeland of Columbia an Excellent rating! My salesman Josh was very helpful and friendly from the moment I arrived. He listened to my needs and did everything he could to make sure they were met. He wasn't pushy and he didn't try to put me in a vehicle that I didn't want. I don't have the best credit and I went to the dealership with the intent of buying a used car but Josh told me that I should look into purchasing a new vehicle. He then explained to me that with my down payment and the incentives and rebates of why purchasing new would work out in my favor. Here I am 34 yrs old and have never had a brand new vehicle but I was blessed with a 2017 Dodge Journey. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and my salesman Josh! Thank you from the bottom of my heart and I'll definitely be back when I'm ready to purchase a second vehicle! More

Issue after issue ... The amount of issues my fiancé and I have had from this place are a nightmare. The car buying process was painless. Of course, that is due to the fact that these people want your money; however, once you ride off the lot YOU ARE NO LONGER A PRIORITY !!! I have only had my car since March, yet I have returned on 3 seperate occassions (twice for the same issue) and still, my car has issues. Did I mention that I DRIVE FROM AUGUSTA TO COLUMBIA with every single issue. I was told that repairs could be done where I live; yet, that was a lie!! Oh yeah, remember how I purchased in March? It is now May and I AM STILL RIDING AROUND WITH A TEMPORARY TAG. When I went to the tag office to get my tag, they said late fees/penalties had to be paid due to Dodgeland submitting the paperwork LATE. I was promised an overnighted check for the full amount as reimbursement being that I PAID THE LATE FEES WHICH WAS DODGELAND'S FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. I have YET to recieve the check that was 'overnighted'. Although I paid the full amount of the late penalty, Dodgeland refuses to reimburse me the FULL AMOUNT. Hence, they say one thing and do another. I would NEVER recommend buying from this place unless you want lies and unwarranted headaches !! Save yourself the torture. **My list of issues are ongoing and seemingly never ending....... AGAIN, JUST BUY FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP !! They act as though we are a charity case asking for handouts. Last I remember, we are the ones that gave them $7,000.00 down. Wish I could return my car and take my money elsewhere. More

Lost Customer I I recently went to trade my car in. I was upfront hay I didn't want yo put anything down.
