They kept my truck for three weeks and did nothing, not even the factory recalls. Every week I would hear nothing. When I called at the end of the week, they said they would get to it next week. I pointed out that is what was said the previous week, they claimed to be doing their best. I asked, ”What do I need to do to get my truck fixed?” They said to give them more time. I am so upset about your service department. Two times in there for nothing. Never again! The salesman wasn't experienced. I told him that I wanted to finance through my bank but he ran my credit and came back to me with another bank offer. HATED THE SERVICE HERE! !!!!!!!!! Was not able to look at my vehicle properly do to it being kind of dark. I needed a new vehicle and the dealer Grant new that. He found me !!!!!!!!! He found me a car and when we came back the next day to sign the papers only then did I see the car fax in the midst of the paperwork saying that the car was in an accident and the airbags deployed. The car had no trunk cover when I got it, one of the tires had a ridge in it from wear and tear, the car also had ants, it was not detailed correctly. I found makeup pallets, water bottles and snack wrappers hidden in places, and to top it off my horn did not work. They did fix the horn and that was the only thing they did in addition to ordering my trunk cover. The attitude they gave me was as if I should have been grateful to just have gotten what I did. I felt belittled and would not recommend going here. They’re very careless and once you’ve driven off the lot they forget they know you. Its also been nearly a month since I got my car and I still haven’t gotten a call about my tags either. Poor service. If I could’ve given no stars, I would have. More
