I came to buy a 2014 Mercedes CLS, trading a 2013 BMW 750I, selling theirs for full retail. BMW of Columbia, 20k trade, Jim Hudson, 18500 trade, Peacock, 18000 trade, Dodgeland started at 15500 going up to 16500, steal the trade tactics, the beginning of the deception. So I was left to remain at the dealership for four hours only to be told they couldn’t get a deal worked out. Four hours of wasting my time. The next morning got a call from management indicating that if I hadn’t brought yet, that they were going to work something out, I agreed, next level of deception that produced nothing, at that point the salesmen indicated that I needed to put down 2000.00, but if I switched to a new Ram the deal is done, I agreed so I went to the dealership again, 1.5 hours after I was there requested to call Chrysler credit to clear a fraud alert, which factually means they lied again no deal or approval existed without that. So an hour later still no resolution, I left. The next day realizing that I didn’t want a dodge to be over 10k upside down in, I rejected the fake offer, and asked again what it would take of the salesmen he said the 2000, so I reduced my payoff on my car by 2500, the next lie was they had no way of verifying the payoff, from Ally Financial, really who has a phone payoff system as well as a internet based system, just deceived for no good reason. It started as a car deal now it’s a crusade of mine, to hold accountable the practice of deception by those who do it, and identify Dodgeland as somewhere those who offer service to this country not do business with those of less then honor. I’m retired so I have time for my crusade, ultimately it’s my goal to make this a public and media statement that a lie has no place in the sales process but value and honesty does, Dodgeland you will recognize me, I’m the guy riding up and down Greystone starting on the 4th of July with the banner Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and reservist beware of Dodgeland. You might find that giving me the vehicle sought for free would have been a better option then wasting my time based upon your lies, and deception while calling it sales. More

Dodge Journey I researched and had the vehicle in mind I wanted. They were good to work with through the process up until the "closing paperwork". I sat for 1 1/2 I researched and had the vehicle in mind I wanted. They were good to work with through the process up until the "closing paperwork". I sat for 1 1/2-2 hours waiting to get the final paperwork in order for me to sign. Not too good on the after the sale follow-up calls. I am still waiting to be called to come have a trim strip put on that they ordered to be replaced. I'm due for an oil change and service (that I paid extra for) and guess I'll make sure myself that they have the part and make the repair. More

Save Yourself Some Time! We went into the dealership looking to test drive and Durango and Charger. The salesman, KC, was the person that helped us. We asked him multiple questions and both vehicles that either he responded with the incorrect answer, avoided the answer, or just agreed with us. ( We did our research on both vehicles extensively) He was unable to answer basic questions. It was painful. We ended up working some numbers, but they were way off on trade value, and priced the vehicle above MSRP when presenting the initial figures to us. Offered 6k on our trade, while all other dealerships were offering 8k-9k. Sales Manager came over to present numbers, but was arrogant, rude, and not friendly. I advised that I wasn't playing games, and that he needed to sharpen his pencil on those figures. The GM came over and said that he could go 7k on the trade. Still $2000 short from the offer of the dealership that literally is right beside JT's Dodgeland. We ended up leaving. We never received a return phone call or email after emailing KC on a few occasions. Obviously, they did not want our business. The commercials that they run are just a gimmick, do yourself a favor, and buy from another CDJR dealership that will value your business. More
