Third time buyer from them Purchased a used 2019 Nissan Rogue. People were very friendly and mostly accommodating. They even found a cheaper finance rate for me than I had found Purchased a used 2019 Nissan Rogue. People were very friendly and mostly accommodating. They even found a cheaper finance rate for me than I had found. A few things bothered me. I asked that they call me when the car was ready to be picked up. They did not. I had to call them. I asked that they clean the car thoroughly on the inside to eliminate the slight smell of stale cigarettes. They did not although they claimed they did. They didn’t even replace the cabin air filter. I had to do that. I could tell nothing was done. Some of the salespeople weren’t wearing masks as per the local COVID-19 requirements by the city. Although this item is my fault, I felt pressured into purchasing extra maintenance coverage. I could have said no but I didn’t. More

We were not 100% confident about a repair made, and our vehicle required a second look! These ladies went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Grace is very professional and customer conscious, and Maria the service manager balances customer grievances well! It is because of them, that we will continue business at Dodgeland! More

Would never recommend was told i had a new engine and check engine light came on within a week of purchase .Suppose to got a call back to see if it was under warranty never got a call back.I got screwed check engine light came on within a week of purchase .Suppose to got a call back to see if it was under warranty never got a call back.I got screwed over.Never again will i purchase a vehicle from there .Beyond mad!!!! Mad will never recommend or return Kyle sells me a car they shut check engine light off on, 4 days after purchase it comes on(with cat problems) as well as it being the first time in I Kyle sells me a car they shut check engine light off on, 4 days after purchase it comes on(with cat problems) as well as it being the first time in I 20 the hood flexes and warps bad from wind ...upon contacting him he says "don't worry about the hood ""it'll be just fine ".it was within the 5 day return i said ill bring the car back and be done with it he refused to help with any problems at that moment he has to talk to his mgr and says he will call me back shortly and never did have tried to call got no return call from him, so now I pay for a car with a major problem NOT COVERED under any extra warranty i purchased....A+ on shutting the engine light off and screwing me as if times are not hard enough with my spouse out of work and having 3 kids . I will never go back i will never recommend this place and I will do all in my power in person and thru my social media sites to make sure every person I knw as well as there friends do not buy from dodgeland on Greystone...
