The Sales Rep was Great to work with. Only issue is the person who did the initial check off, checked that the truck had heated seat, which it does not and that the power outlet (Cigarette lighter) worked person who did the initial check off, checked that the truck had heated seat, which it does not and that the power outlet (Cigarette lighter) worked and it does not. We did not get a copy of the check off sheet or the Car Fax report. Could not get and appointment to check the power outlet until Oct, 1st ? More

Third time buyer from them Purchased a used 2019 Nissan Rogue. People were very friendly and mostly accommodating. They even found a cheaper finance rate for me than I had found. A few things bothered me. I asked that they call me when the car was ready to be picked up. They did not. I had to call them. I asked that they clean the car thoroughly on the inside to eliminate the slight smell of stale cigarettes. They did not although they claimed they did. They didn’t even replace the cabin air filter. I had to do that. I could tell nothing was done. Some of the salespeople weren’t wearing masks as per the local COVID-19 requirements by the city. Although this item is my fault, I felt pressured into purchasing extra maintenance coverage. I could have said no but I didn’t. More

We were not 100% confident about a repair made, and our vehicle required a second look! These ladies went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Grace is very professional and customer conscious, and Maria the service manager balances customer grievances well! It is because of them, that we will continue business at Dodgeland! More
