My experience started well with the service department and since that went well, I thought I would see how the sales side would be. I made an appointment for Saturday morning @ 9am. We arrived there ear and since that went well, I thought I would see how the sales side would be. I made an appointment for Saturday morning @ 9am. We arrived there early to walk around and see what they have and went in at about 8:55 and the person, who was rude, at the front door told us to sit down and someone will be with us in a bit. I told her we had a 9am appointment and her response was, well, they are in a meeting. So, we waited 25 minutes and with many employees walking around and no one helped us so we left. About 3 hours I received an email asking if we still were coming in today and I responded with that we were there and explained what I stated in here. She told me that she had spoken to the GM and sales manager and they would take care of me. So, I made the 30 minute drive to the dealership and bought the car. However, I really wasn't taken care of. The special that was being offered in their advertisements weren't offered, first responder discounts were not offered and the trade in specials were not offered. One positive benefit was my sales person was awesome but it looked like his hands were tied. More
