I originally started communicating with the salesman Joe who handled everything quickly and professionally! JTL provided pick up accomodations since i did not have a car at the moment, and they also handled minor details the car needed! The Service Technicians also got into detail talking about the car with me and showing off its beautiful features, But i dont remember their names! The owner John, and Manager Eric were also very involved in educating myself, a first time buyer, with any questions and helped me to get the best possible deal even though they didnt know me! They treat all their customers with the same respect they would a friend. I am so excited and very pleased. It's been about a week now and no scary suprise issues or anything with the car!
