Not your typical used car Dealership. Family owned business I just purchased a 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 from JTL. I dealt with Carmine and Richard on the sales floor, Eric in Management and John with the Finan I just purchased a 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 from JTL. First I want to say that these guys are not your typical pushy sales guys, I had visited on a Sunday looking to trade in my old gmc Sonoma and explained I was looking for a full size pick up truck. They showed me what they had on the lot, they had a great selection but didn’t really find that one that I was looking for. Instead of trying to. Are me buy one that wasn’t right for me, Eric told me about a Chevy they just got, but was still being checked and cleaned. So they told me to come back in the middle of the week and it would be there to test drive. Well, these guys really get it, because as soon as I saw the truck I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. Everyone in this dealership is a true professional. They were able to get me into my new truck in a matter of hours. Great experience all around and I will continue to use them for oil changes and Service. Thanks again guys and I love my New Chevy! Excellent experience, would HIGHLY recommend! I purchased a used 2008 GMC Yukon XL 2500 from JTL. This vehicle is very rare and and I looked all over new england trying to find one that wasn't bea I purchased a used 2008 GMC Yukon XL 2500 from JTL. This vehicle is very rare and and I looked all over new england trying to find one that wasn't beat. The salesman AJ was easy to deal with over the phone, and even picked me up at the Port Jefferson ferry with the Yukon, which was great, since I came over long island sound from CT. The vehicle was actually better than described and he took the time to go over the whole thing, noting any minor defects that were found so I wouldn't run into any surprises. The transaction was smooth, no pressure, and I was out the door in less than an hour. I also want to make it know that they had no ridiculous processing fees or anything, just a title transfer fee and temporary license plate fee (if you need one). I drove the Yukon 3 hours home without issue and couldn't be happier! I feel as though I got a great deal. These guys aren't exactly local to me, but if they ever have another vehicle that I am interested in, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again. Thanks! More
