The team here at JTL never pressured us or tried to up sell us. We came in and met AJ, He was awesome. We told him what we were looking for and test drove 2 cars and found the 1 we wanted. The funny thing was when AJ gave us the price, it really was the price. I have never bought a car before and got the price from the salesperson, went in with the manger Eric and the price didn’t change. So I said to myself they will get me with the finance guy. Well guess what, It was time to meet John the finance guy. He was just as nice as AJ and Eric were and the price never changed. No prep fees, no dealer fees no you need that or you need this.
