I had an an oil change appointment at 12:45. I arrive 15 mins early to my appointment. This dealership service department have a lane designated for “Quick Oil Change” . Is 2:38 pm and I’m still waiting for an oil change. Just absolutely trash. If I can give the service department zero stars I would. Please get your oil change somewhere else. This place SUCKS! More
So continue Part 2 of my experience with this Dealership. They responded right away after my first review to apologize for my bad experience and to call the management team to resolve my issues and concerns. I call the team and spoke to a sales person that morning who said the management team was busy and would call me right back. It was 5pm and never heard from them so I decided to call back, since no one called me back when I did I spoke to one of the managers a sales manager that’s who he said he was. Once I explained why I was calling he immediately told me there’s nothing he could do about it since it was a used truck. But the whole time I was buying it and negotiating my deal on a $76.000 truck. It was new truck I was buying I kept hearing. Even when I signed the paperwork there was a no damage to the truck form. Once poor customer Service I love my truck but will never buy another vehicle there. I work for a company were I buy the vehicles for our fleet management team. I have to buy 26 brand new trucks this year and was thinking of using this dealership for the purchases. But after this no way will subject my company to this. The staff will treat you right until you sign the deal and leave. More

Very good dealership. Jeremy Thomas is the salesman I started with and had been working with him about 2-3 months to find the vehicle I wanted. He finally found one and on Jeremy Thomas is the salesman I started with and had been working with him about 2-3 months to find the vehicle I wanted. He finally found one and on the day that I arrived at the dealership he was busy with another customer, however he passed me over to Jeremy Brantley who was very good and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in. The experience was very good and I was able to get the vehicle at a very good price and also got a good trade value for my vehicle. I have been very pleased with my 2021 Ram Limited. I have used my local dealership and have purchased 8 vehicles from them and I must say JT'S was a better experience for me. I went 60 miles from home and got almost $8000 more for my trade. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and also ask for Jeremy Brantley as your salesman. You can drop my name also. More
My salesperson was very young. But was knowledgeable and super polite. He respected my standards and lived up to the hype you hear about. Was given appointment 2 weeks out. Get there to stand in line as a were told same time. Discussed ahead of time and was promised call when check with warrantee before work. Called them to check at 11am. Guy was paged, no response. Left message. Called again at 2, same thing. Called again at 4. He finally gets on phone and states he wasn't paged. Advised him i was on the phone and heard the pages. Asked about warranty. Said couldn't call until after diagnosis. Asked why he told me wrong. Said it was his mistake. Get call 30 minutes to closing to pickup vehicle. Got there and given key to go get vehicle. Not where I was told but behind locked gate. Go back inside. Had to wait again til after closing to get vehicle. Terrible attitudes by all encountered. Said they were short handed. All well and good, but that is not my fault. Will not go back. Will take to competitor for any warranty work from here on out requested callback from superior. Finally received and he apologized several times and even stated they'd had several complaints and invited me to use the lexington shop. Not sure of that if employing the same people. But definitely not going back here if any way otherwise. More
They kept my truck for three weeks and did nothing, not even the factory recalls. Every week I would hear nothing. When I called at the end of the week, they said they would get to it next week. I pointed out that is what was said the previous week, they claimed to be doing their best. I asked, ”What do I need to do to get my truck fixed?” They said to give them more time. After three weeks I was out of patience. I took my truck to a local mechanic who had it fixed the next day. More
