My Experience With JT Automart I went looking for a certain Model Car and found what I was looking for with this dealership. Everything went well with the purchase. After I purchased the car and was leaving the dealership, I notice a brake light out. Chris took my car and had a new bulb put in before we left. He was a very nice young gentleman and wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase. He also helped me get the car I had driven there and my newly purchased car home. Worked out great because I had a transportation dilemma and he did not hesitate to come and get me. We got to the dealership and within 30 minutes I had made a deal on a car, did the paperwork with Stel (who was awesome as well, and was on the road back home in my new car. Sold us a lemon, had a chance to make it right and did not.. We purchased a 2005 F150 and on the way home we noticed it sputtered. We informed them immediately and were told to bring it back. We did and they inf We purchased a 2005 F150 and on the way home we noticed it sputtered. We informed them immediately and were told to bring it back. We did and they informed us it was a vacuum hose and it was fixed. We sell our expedition and think all is good only to have the truck start sputtering again within a day. We take it to our Ford mechanic only to be told, all and all, a $2,000 repair. JT basically told us there was nothing they could do except find us another one on their lot (yea right) and would not even share half of the expense. We were forced to fix the car so that it was driveable. I would NEVER recommend or trust this dearlership again. More
