Experience was great just would've liked a little more concern about tacky substance on the bed being cleaned before purchase. Overall the dealership was great concern about tacky substance on the bed being cleaned before purchase. Overall the dealership was great More
Sold me a lemon and it's cost me two tow bills already and now the transmission is n limp mood and can't drive now another tow bill is can't no more of this and told them the first day of buying the truck and now the transmission is n limp mood and can't drive now another tow bill is can't no more of this and told them the first day of buying the truck and at this point I've had this truck 20 day's and have only been able to drive the truck 10 of the 20 because it wouldn't crank for a week bad silanoid and the other place said it was the key switch should I go on all I want to know is when are you going to step up to the plate and except responsibility for your negligence to do what was right. This dealership increased the price twice without adequately informing me or taking any good faith effort to mitigate completely avoidable charges. Once for $700 for LoJack, something I didn’t want a adequately informing me or taking any good faith effort to mitigate completely avoidable charges. Once for $700 for LoJack, something I didn’t want and they refused to remove the charge and device - the finance manager hurling snide remarks from the beginning about “they track your phone anyway” while failing to acknowledge that he is charging nearly a grand for the privilege and refuses to allow you to opt out. Then, suddenly their online price gets massive fees stacked on top, but you are never informed of this fact - they just hope you don’t catch it on the paperwork when the cash you owe them increases by 50%. There were multiple bait and switch moments and when called on it, the guy from finance told me to “get the \expletive\ out” - but also, unplugging LoJack takes 2 seconds. This is predatory affiliate marketing at best from people who refuse to admit they are fraudulent in their dealings with customers. These people aren’t operating in good faith. This is the worst car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. I was prepared to buy but had to walk. Also including a screenshot of an FTC letter provided to LoJack and automotive dealers highlighting that the way they price their vehicles violates federal legal guidelines. There can not be a mandatory LoJack device not already included in the advertised purchase price of the vehicle per FTC guidelines. This business will be reported for this practice. You can file your own complaint about this practice at reportfraud.ftc.gov. Autotrader ad did not include their $899 doc fee and also had inappropriate disclosures stating: Dealer Disclosure: Price includes all dealer fees. Excludes taxes, title, registration, and license fees. I have reported this to the state as well as FTC - these people wasted 4 hours of my time and $50 in gas to try to scam me. Including "we aren't responsible for typos/errors" isn't how this works. Compliance with the law is not an area you can just "whoopsie" out of. Good luck selling a Nissan Xterra from 2011 for 18k lmaooooo More
