" This is customer service " I purchased a Nissan rogue last month but after driving the car for few hours on the highway i notice a very rare sound like in the tires as a woman I purchased a Nissan rogue last month but after driving the car for few hours on the highway i notice a very rare sound like in the tires as a woman my mechanical knowledge is limited and was very worried because i purchase this car myself and everybody told me that dealership take advantage of womans bla bla bla, so i call my Sales Rep at JP Powercars and we set an appointment to get it check, well just to be short, i never experience a level of customer service like the one i received from Karina Santos, extraordinary customer service, they were doing a cook out and i have my lunch on them "yay" lucky me the noise was only a Big nail that my tire caught up so they decide to replace the tire with a matching tire (new) and i also receive a complementary car wash. it was a great time with them, while they were taking care of customers 'sales"..... great guys, buy from them. More
