They had such a positive experience with the dealership and the salesman who helped them (Mike Marcelin) that when my car was totaled the next week, we went back and bought a second car from JN. The cars are great and the service was even better. They helped us find cheaper financing than we already had walking in, which we didn't ask for and they were in no way obligated to do. They simply did it because they wanted to give us the best experience possible. I highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new or used car on Oahu. More

Great Service, Great People We stopped by to look at a used truck after spending hours at another dealership with no luck. It was kind of a well we already are down this way so w We stopped by to look at a used truck after spending hours at another dealership with no luck. It was kind of a well we already are down this way so why not. It was the best thing that could have happened to us. First off Jimmy the sales person who literally took care of us and his manager did everything they could to put us in a truck. When there wasn't a used truck that matched our price range with less than 60k miles we thought we were at a loss. Until Jimmy said lets try and put you in a new one for your budget. I was skeptical because we just wasted 6 hours at a dealership that didn't budge on price, but they did it not only is it a brand new truck but its big enough for the whole family and has some upgrades/packages. This was the best car buying experiences I've ever had. If any one is looking for a new or used vehicle COME HERE FIRST don't waste your time like I did on others. The next day he called us and told us it has been a blessing to have met us and told us we have been approved for a vehicle.
