Straight forward great deal! Enjoyed that I didn't have to play the back and forth game of trying to get the best deal. Jimmy asked what I could afford and he made it happen!! THe BEst Customer Service/Amazing experience i was promised by previous dealship that if i made payment for 6-year on good standing they would be able to help me get into a brand new car!! well t i was promised by previous dealship that if i made payment for 6-year on good standing they would be able to help me get into a brand new car!! well that was a LIE....i asked for help to try and get my family a family car and was denied and was ripped off. Thankfully i went to JN Chevrolet on Nimitz, and a sales person name Anthony Au help us . He took the time to work with me, never gave up on me like other's did He went the 9 yards to make things work for me along with his manager.. They took what i had and worked through banks to getting me approved even with low credit and low downpayment.. He was very straight forward and promised a car and he did just that, he also stayed till almost 11pm just waiting till everything was okay. i dont know any other dealership or any sales person that would go the extra mile for you. There are not enough words to thank him and his managers for all the help that they have shown to me and my family.. because of them we are now driving home with a brand new car which i thought i would never be able to do.. i am so blessed and so thankful that i made a decision to go to JN Chevrolett.
