Overall a good experience Mike is the sales rep that showed me the car I came into look at. He was the first to come meet me outside to figure out what I wanted. I told him what truck I wanted and we negotiated price and pick up date over the phone I was able to put a deposit to hold it that weekend. When I return from my trip and picked up the truck , Mike provided me outstanding customer service. The process quick and simple. Then I was handed over to Stephen the finance manager who was accommodating and transparent. That’s all a person can ever asked for and when dealing with a dealerships finance manager. What makes Mike’s customers service outstanding above average is he continue to follow me throughout this process and bent over backwards to help me get the service needed for my truck,his follow up is impeccable I am very impressed.
