I went to JN Hyundai to look at a 2020 Tucson. I was greeted by Sharon (you can call her Skye) who was exceptional! A little small for me, but she found the Tucson and let me test drive that. Skye’s sweet demeanor and heart to serve really impressed me...coming from a hospitality background myself, I truly appreciated her sincereness and ability to make the car shopping process stressless! I was deciding between the Tucson and Santa Fe but I actually ended up purchasing a Santa Fe from another dealer because JN HYUNDAI didn’t have that particular one available. I was impressed with how she followed up with me after my visit, letting me know she was there for me if I needed anything...and even after I texted her that I had purchased at the other dealer she texted me back and said how happy she was that I found the car I really wanted.
