Today my wife and I visited several dealerships by appointment looking for a Chevrolet Colorado and happened to notice a Chevrolet Colora is AMAZING. Today my wife and I visited several dealerships by appointment looking for a Chevrolet Colorado and happened to notice a Chevrolet Colorado in his lot as we drove by and decided to stop by without an appointment. Kimo was very professional and extremely knowledgeable on the truck (unlike the other dealers) He explained every detail inside and out and the process was so easy we test drove and discussed our terms and left the lot faster than the other dealer dealers. I ABSOLUTELY recommend you personally ask for Kimo when visiting JN Chevrolet. Kimo’s motto was “we can replace a vehicle but we can’t replace a customer.” Kimo really exemplified that today with his service and saved me thousands of dollars!! More

I really wanted to like this place, but what a train wreck! Went into JN Preowned to purchase a 2017 VW GTI. The car only had 12,000 miles and seemed to be in great shape other then the AC wasn’t workin wreck! Went into JN Preowned to purchase a 2017 VW GTI. The car only had 12,000 miles and seemed to be in great shape other then the AC wasn’t working. They promised to fix it on a Saturday. Had me come back in on Monday to pick up the car. Got there Monday signed all the paperwork and paid my down payment thinking I was leaving with the car. Was told come back on Tuesday to get the car. Tuesday gets here and then it was Wednesday. That turned into Thursday or Friday. Picked it up Friday and the car was nasty and no gas. None of the steering wheel controls worked. Spoke with my salesman and he promised to have it fixed today as well as clean and DETAIL the car and fill up with gas. Got the car back it had been washed very poorly, not cleaned inside and not gased up! For a dealership that brags about being number one in Honolulu I will never come here again. What a horrible experience. Poor management (the salesman was great) but the management here is horrible, they don’t follow through with what they tell you. I’d shop elsewhere if I was you. More
