These guys do not only know their cars they take the time to listen to what you are looking for and show you all your options. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed into a purchase. It felt more like we were a couple of guys talking about cars. Very easy, hassle-free, enjoyable experience! I have worked with JM Lexus for the past 8 years or so. I work with Jonathan Wulkan, who has now helped get me into three vehicles over the past 6 years. He is very professional, highly personable, and explains everything in a way that is understandable (which not all car dealers can do)! Jonathan had the paperwork ready to go, and once again, I was in and out of the dealership in a very short amount of time. Again, this also is not a common experience when acquiring a new vehicle. Even after I left the dealership, Jonathan contacted me an hour or so later to ensure that I was happy with everything, and that I did not have any other questions that he could answer. He assured me that he would be happy to explain whatever was needed at any time now or in the future. I met with another salesperson, Mike, who was also very friendly and wanted to make the experience a positive one.
