I live in the area and have always wanted a Lexus, and it just so happened my lease was up on my Nissan. Since I was less than thrilled about the service I received with my previous dealer, I reached out to my acquaintance, Brandon. He immediately told me to come in even though he had left for the night and said he was turning around immediately! Of course I was ecstatic and walked in. He introduced me to Gary and immediately I felt warm and welcomed. I felt Gary was honest, and actually had my best interest in mind. There was no bartering or games and he knew exactly my goals and how to reach them. He also followed up with me and made sure my car was set up to my liking. He went above and beyond any car salesman I’ve ever visited (and it’s been a lot of them.) I will be recommending him to all my family and friends and plan on staying a loyal Lexus customer for life!
