I had a bad experience with another Lexus dealership. I left that dealership and drove 2 hours to JM Lexus. The lift gate was not working on my wife’s RX350. My wife just got out of the hospital after 10 I left that dealership and drove 2 hours to JM Lexus. The lift gate was not working on my wife’s RX350. My wife just got out of the hospital after 100 days in the hospital. Our medical bills are $2.4 million. But I needed to find a way to get my wife’s car fixed. The other dealer wanted to charge me $289 just to give me a price. Your dealership told me the lift gate was turned off due to a previous dead battery. He said there was no charge. We plan on buying a new Lexus in 6 months. We are going to pass 2 Lexus Dealerships so we can buy our next Lexus from JM Lexus. Great job unpowering your staff to be able to make decisions!
