Because I got a fair price, no outrageous Dealer Fees, courteous attention and Lunch. I had to wait for the car (not in stock). The purchase was made almost entirely ONLINE (I recommend it). I sent pictures of the Trade, Looked at their inventory, downloaded copy of window sticker w/vin# and within 2-3 hours received the quote. I accepted it and they didn't even ask for a Deposit. The car would be arriving in 2 weeks and it arrived a week early. They called me and I went to pick it up the following day. The only thing, if it's an EV, make sure thay charge it or you'll have to wait. In my case the car had arrived late the previous day and the had to perform the Pre-Check, etc, etc. so..... I also want to add that everything as done by PM (no finacial dept..... (BY THE WAY I ALSO CONTACTED 3 OTHER LEXUS DEALERS- I'M STILL WAITING). I RECOMMEND MR. P. MOPREMIER AND JM LEXUS! More

One week ago I visited JM Lexus to get some information regarding the NX350. I had the pleasure of meeting Alicia a VIP Sales Manager. She reviewed the NX350 in detail and answered all my questions. S regarding the NX350. I had the pleasure of meeting Alicia a VIP Sales Manager. She reviewed the NX350 in detail and answered all my questions. She was very cordial, informative and I felt very comfortable with her. I was interested in a three year Lease and she explained that there was a program in place that would save me $1000 off the sticker price. Furthermore, Alicia asked me if I served in the Military and I did, so she said I would save another $1000. The following day I returned with my wife and I consummated the deal. The deal included a very fair trade in appraisal for my Audi. I have purchased and leased cars from JM Lexus in the past and had wonderful experiences with sales and service.
