Brandon, my service person, wasn’t available so I was with Wendy. Very personable and attentive. I asked for Donny - phone and car connections problem but Dimitri was assigned. My car was there for . with Wendy. Very personable and attentive. I asked for Donny - phone and car connections problem but Dimitri was assigned. My car was there for .3 hours and twice he spoke with me, couldn’t fix the phone and basically disputed my problem. Wendy called and I again asked for Donny- he solved the problem within 5 minutes! And, very easy to talk with! More
