Good, no pressure service! So I knew what I wanted and had done my homework. I was wanting a 2015 Chevy Suburban and after going to other actions ended up at JKB. They didn't mug me as soon as I parked, as is customary at a car dealer, let alone a used car dealer. After walking around and finding my vehicle, still no body hassling me, I walked inside and was approached by Robert asking if he could help me? I responded that I was interested in looking at and driving the white 2015 Suburban. I knew what the options had stated on Car Guru, where I had found this vehicle though I had never heard of the dealer. To be honest you have to be prepared when buying a used car from anyone or anywhere and this was no different. I checked out the vehicles for several minutes after Mark (aka. Snowflake, my sales assistant) pulled the vehicle up so I could ch KC it out. I went for a drive, of my choice and direction! I headed straight for Interstate 49 south. I was able to check out the noise, engine pickup, the brakes and anything else I wanted. We got off the highway and then drove through town so I could experience it in stop/go situations. I whipped into the parking lot at Taco Bell and checked out the back up camera and bells and whistles. I played with the stereo and several other items. After feeling very comfortable with things I returned to the JKB lot. I spoke to Robert upon retuning and started working on the credit app and the other normal trade in type stuff. Still no pressure! Since I've done this before, I had my title with me, my payoff, account number any insurance info. After coming to an offer, I spoke to my wife and she and my kids drove the JKB from Lees Summit and we took the Suburban to lunch based off Roberts suggestion! After lunch I returned and started my paperwork to finalize things, the financing took the longest, only because they were trying to get me a interest rate that was consistent with my work and Military Credit unions. They were able to get me an excellent rate and at a good rate! There was no "processing fee" or "Application fee" which we all know is a poor excuse to screw you out of money. I also got the extended warranty. Once we had the bank I was done and out 20 minutes later. I got everything I expected! I got everything that was on the advertisements. To be honest all those people that get all pissed off about not getting some feature that they thought was on the vehicle, it's there own fault for not making sure it had it. Its a business that has between 65 and 100 cars. There will be incorrect accessories from time to time, but I have had that happen when buying a brand new one, so that is not JKB's fault! Do you homework, be prepared, know what you want and mostly don't expect to give you more than you trade in is worth! They will be fair as they were with me! They have families to support also and you should understand that. If I was in need of another vehicle and they had one that fit my needs, I would go there again! Robert, Mark, Billy and the rest of the gang were all nice, respectful and PROFESSIONAL! Car guru.com will tell you where the vehicle is priced based on fair market value.
