Although I bought my Subaru at Gillman's in Houston (and they too are professional in every way), the distance and the Houston traffic are a bit too challenging for me at my age. The check engine light on our 2015 Subaru came on as we were traveling from WI to TX and then to FL for Christmas. Carleen, the service manager, was so kind and so helpful as we worked out a plan that woul were traveling from WI to TX and then to FL for Christmas. I had been looking for a Subaru Crosstrek for over a month, (I live in the Houston Area) I was so glad I was able to shop around and find the excellent people at JK Subaru. They had a Crosstrek in inven month, (I live in the Houston Area) I was so glad I was able to shop around and find the excellent people at JK Subaru. They had a Crosstrek in inventory and the best news of all they did not UPCHARGE - That is right $0 extra cost. Todays market is unprecedented and all other Subaru dealerships were up charging up to $3,000 of MSRP. Their staff was great and easy to deal with, I am super glad I made the short drive to their location. Thank you JK Subaru! More
