I really had an excellent experience at JTs. From the moment I drove onto the lot to the moment I drove off they handled the entire experience with the utmost professionalism. Despite it being peak hours moment I drove onto the lot to the moment I drove off they handled the entire experience with the utmost professionalism. Despite it being peak hours and quite busy inside the office, With no appointment I was in and out in a new vehicle in less than 3.5 hours. The lot has a wide variety of vehicles, organized by style. The sales team was excellent and easy to communicate with; never pushy, and willing to accompany within reason.
