Thank you guys soooooooo much!!! first i would like to say thanks, these guys got me inside one of many of my dream/ project cars. Mike Muse my salesmen at the time really surprise me because unlike most salesmen who try to push you into anything, Mike actually allow you time think and what not with cluttering ones train of thought. This guy stood in the rain with us as my wife and i viewed over the vehicle, prior to getting there he took the time to have the vehicle running warming up the car on such a cool and ugly day.... but with Mike Muse and his team,..... well lets just say i seen sunshine on a cloudy day. I know they sell a lot of different cars, but the salesman were not very helpful with showing us how to use different options on a couple of the vehicles we looked at. Another thing that aggravated me is when we made the deal on the price, part of it was a full tank of fuel. When I got in to leave, I noticed that they only filled it up to a quarter of a tank. Not the biggest of a problem, however that kind of made my opinion of the customer service go down. As far as the sales process, it was fairly quick and easy once they got the right price printed on the paperwork. More

Good prices, no budging room for hagling. I went to JT Auto Mart and picked up a 07 jeep wrangler and was happy with the vehicle but the price wasn't negotiable. I took it on a test drive bu I went to JT Auto Mart and picked up a 07 jeep wrangler and was happy with the vehicle but the price wasn't negotiable. I took it on a test drive but a spark plug wire fell onto the manifold, they sent it to the shop the next day and I test drove it again a day after that. The only problem I am having with the jeep about 3 days later, when i go over railroads at 35+ mph the jeep goes into a fit of shaking until you slow down to about 15mph. Nothing they probably could have known but still something to know, their mechanics that look at the vehicles might not be the best. All in all, the whole process only took an hour or so. More

I had a great experience! I had a great experience at JT Auto. This was my fisrt time buying a card and I didn't feel pressured or tricked into buying anything.
