Horrible place! I would never recommend I bought a car about two months ago and have not received my license plates. The secretary Kim is worthless. If they had a corporate office I would file many grievances on her. She mailed my license plates and registration to the WRONG address and then igorned me about the matter. It took the bank over a month to get any of my loan paperwork and they added so many unexplained fees during my purchase. I'm in the process of trading my car in at the moment. I'm so done with them. I took it to a very respectable mechanic who said that the catalytic converter was ruined along with the oxygen sensors. Also stated that this is something that went wrong long before I purchased it and someone had to have turned off the check engine light recently. Now I know that I purchased the car "as is" with no warranty but I did expect more than two days. So I called to the lot hoping they had a sense of respect for themselves and would at least be willing to go half with me on this repair but was meant with the short blunt response, "should bought our warranty" So needless to say i will never return nor will I suggest to anyone to return. More

Disappointed in how we were handled. The car we bought was great however they gave us a key fob that didn't match the car. We notified them immediately. And after a week of calling were told no they would not replace or reprogram the key fob. When we said we were dissatisfied they said they didn't care. Amazing how after they received our money they didn't care any more. If you read in the replies to their reviews here, they even say they will make minor repairs. To fix this issue is less than $150 dollars. People like this give used car salesman a bad name. At least send me the key fob that goes with my car! It isn't just about being honest in transaction day, it is supposed to carry on past that so that I will refer people and come back. I will not. More

I Do have to say we had several picked out that we liked so if the first one fell through we could choose one of the other on our "List". They had a wide variety to pick from. When we pulled in Tracy welcomed us with open arms, and helped us check out the car we like best. Little did we know we had some stuff to finish up with our bank so we couldn't get into our dream car right away. But Tracey gave us his phone number and helped us out through the process. I was very pleased with how patient he was, as we called him a billion times trying to figure stuff out. So Thanks to Tracy and JT Auto Mart we finally have the car we have been wanting for years.
