The tale gate would not go down which is why I was hesitant, but they assured me that they could have it fixed for me. They did follow through and everything is working perfectly. We love this truck and it has had NO problems with it. This dealership is super friendly and I am recommending them to anyone! I really loved how they were willing to listen, and the follow through!!!! More

Simple straightforward sale I recently helped my youngest son purchase his first car. We literally searched every car lot in Asheboro, Southern Pines, and Sanford, not to mention I recently helped my youngest son purchase his first car. We literally searched every car lot in Asheboro, Southern Pines, and Sanford, not to mention looking at hundreds of cars online, before purchasing a 2013 Mazda3 from JT Auto Mart. Our salesman Tracy was honest and straightforward without being pushy or overbearing. That was a nice change from being chased around many of the other lots by over aggressive salesmen! The car we purchased was competitively priced and we were immediately given a 'carfax' to review it's history as soon as we showed serious interest in the vehicle. Overall, it was a very positive experience for both of us and my son walked away very happy with his first car purchase! More
