My car was not repaired I dropped off my car to get the rear sensors/blind spot detectors checked out since they were not functioning properly after a repair done by a shop a I dropped off my car to get the rear sensors/blind spot detectors checked out since they were not functioning properly after a repair done by a shop after an accident. A loaner was provided which was nice and I was able to pick up my car the very next day. As soon as I got on the freeway the sensors were acting up again. I called Nacho right away and let him know that it wasn't fixed. He says that he would speak with the tech and get back to me right away. Here I am 3 days later and no phone call. Tried calling back the other day to see what the plan was but there was no answer. Decided to take my car to another dealership service department in hopes to get better service. More

Jason was Great and very informative, He took care of the issue. I received my vehicle back and noticed my back window does not stay up anymore but I never had an issue before I took it in, so that was not good. I didn't even bother calling it in because I may be without a vehicle for another 2 days. Overall dissatisfied with everything!! More

Better than most I brought my truck in for a couple issues. Brakes and Steering Though they did not resolve all of them, they did some computer updates and I hope that I brought my truck in for a couple issues. Incompetent service staff Service staff is incompetent claimed to change out my TPMS sensors but merely rotated the tires. Service tech left grease marks all over my interior.
