Brought Durango in for new tires and fix the rear hatch that was only working intermittently. When I received my vehicle the tires were full of grease. When I got home the rear hatch still didnt work. I ca that was only working intermittently. When I received my vehicle the tires were full of grease. When I got home the rear hatch still didnt work. I called service and they said my advisor would call me back. He never did. I also would have preferred to have my service advisor wear a mask while sitting at his desk a few feet from me. More
