The service writer did his best, even though there was a 4 week delay on my parts. The only issue I have is with whoever worked on my truck. I pulled up and asked how long an oil change would take? He told me an hour so I waited. And actually sat for 2 hours. Before walking outside to see if my car had been started on. I walked in and tried to find someone to ask. But there was no receptionist, I waited and stood by the wall until I saw someone and asked him how much longer it would take. He said it was finished and he just had to gather my paperwork. No car wash for me car. No car sticker to let me know the next oil change. Nobody around to update me on the progression of the service. I had no sticker on my window to let me know my next oil change. So I called, I was transferred to service and the woman said would check on the mileage for me. When she clicked over it was a different new woman....not knowing who I was or why I was calling. More

Horrible service and communication. First online it states you open at 7am and no one answered till 8:30. Then I was told it would take 1 1/2 to do my oil change, 4 hours later they try to charge me $1 states you open at 7am and no one answered till 8:30.
