Factory defect While the issue on my truck was handled, it took 4 weeks when I was told it would take one week. I would be OK with that if this was communicated to me but every time I tried to get an update, I had to make several contact attempts to get a response. After buying a brand new $50K truck one week prior, one would think I'd be treated like a good customer. More

Do No Trust! Took our car in for a Air Conditioner Issue. Gave use a VERY expensive quote and which took 48 hours to get. Charged us $175.00 JUST for the Estim Took our car in for a Air Conditioner Issue. Gave use a VERY expensive quote and which took 48 hours to get. Charged us $175.00 JUST for the Estimate. They never actually looked at the car. The part J Starr said was bad was not even the problem. We took it to a different Service Center. They identified the real problem within 4 hours and fixed it at 1/2 of the price. More
