I’ve always been very satisfied with your service department until this past visit. I came in for an oil change and was told 1 hour max so I waited and was there 2 1/2 hours. I would have dropped off department until this past visit. I came in for an oil change and was told 1 hour max so I waited and was there 2 1/2 hours. I would have dropped off if I was told up front it was going to take that long. The worst part was after waiting one hour I was told it would be done in 20 min. More
