Worse dealership I've ever dealt with. My car was there LITERALLY for almost 2 months getting its radiator replaced. They didn't even give me a loaner. I went almost 2 months without a car. They used the"it's because of COVID" excuse, so I actually tried to help and found a place that sells my car's radiator (OEM too). Nope. They wouldn't do it. So I finally pickup the car and on the drive home the check engine light comes on. Yep...had to take it back. They allegedly fixed that issue, but on my way home I now have another alarm telling me "I/C Coolant Level Low." Yep, you guessed it... gotta take it back. I gave them a chance to do the honorable thing and take the car back and give me credit towards another vehicle on their lot. Nope...not willing to do the honorable thing. Luckily, California protects consumers in this situation with Lemon Laws. More
Service here is nothing but average. Even with an appointment it always seems to take a while before someone is available to check you in. This last visit, I dropped my car off right at opening 7:30 appointment it always seems to take a while before someone is available to check you in. This last visit, I dropped my car off right at opening 7:30 am. By 3:30 I still hadn’t heard from them for an update on my car. I ended up calling for an update. They said the car was just about ready just needed to be washed. I picked up at 5:30. The car was ready but never got washed. Picking up is always a process here. I waited at the cashier window for at least 10 minutes. Had multiple people see me and walk right by me without even asking if I needed help. I finally tracked someone down who checked me out and then it took over 10 minutes for them to bring the car around (10 mins sounds petty, but I could see my car parked about 100 ft. Away from where I was standing) More
This is our new spot for Jeep service and all our dealer needs. Cindy went above and beyond for our car and our warranty rights. We decided to transfer our service contract to J Star after discovering that needs. Cindy went above and beyond for our car and our warranty rights. We decided to transfer our service contract to J Star after discovering that our initial Jeep dealer in Santa Monica had been submitting false claims under our car service warranty - charging for mileage service intervals to Mopar without performing the actual service on our Jeep. Cindy at J Star stepped in and worked with Jeep HQ to get my Jeep back in shape and performed missed mileage service on our car. The Jeep now drives soooo much better -the nightmare is over and thank you Cindy!! More
I was not notified by service writer that vehicle was ready. Vehicle was not available for pick up when I arrived . I had to wait approximately 10 minutes. Vehicle Pressure alert indicated all tires were not properly inflated. More

First time visit with my 2017 JKU. Clean entry. Coffee and seating available. Used a coupon to get a better rate on an oil change. Cindy was friendly and responsive. Cons, i never got any email of the paperwork...may have just been a glitch. It did take 2 weeks to complete my job, but it was a replacement of the rear differential assembly so that’s a pretty big job and getting parts on time during COVID is also a challenge. I would say i had a 5 star experience, but all my work was covered by warranty so it’s easy to be happy with the work when you didn’t have any out of pocket. That said, the work that was done seems to be top notch and I’m, so far, very happy with the quality of the work. More
