GPS unit installed in the car has never worked properly since purchase. Been in for service 4 times in 11 months. Complimentary oil change offered to mitigate the bad service took 2.5 hours. Service seems to have been fine. Only thing, I asked for no wash because I had just spent $200 on a detail. I don’t think they washed it but someone definitely turned the front and rear windshield sprayers no wash because I had just spent $200 on a detail.
