Cindy Shelton made all the difference. Years ago I visited J Star and I was leading the service call, hence the blind leading the blind. Cindy was professional, knowledgeable, and most of all atten visited J Star and I was leading the service call, hence the blind leading the blind. GPS unit installed in the car has never worked properly since purchase. Been in for service 4 times in 11 months. Complimentary oil change offered to mitigate the bad service took 2.5 hours.
