The service was average, my Jeep was there for 2 days, I called after a couple hours and the representative couldn’t tell me how long the service would take. Then the following day, I receive a call at 530P called after a couple hours and the representative couldn’t tell me how long the service would take. Then the following day, I receive a call at 530P, requesting to pick up my car which was too late of a notice. When I finally pick up my car the following day, hardly any of the staff were wearing masks. I only saw one woman who was the cashier wearing masks. Just seemed like the company had complete disregard a pandemic was happening. I even asked the woman why no one was wearing masks. She stated, we’re all supposed to be. More
Overall good. They should consider washing customers car before returning it. All higher en dealerships and even most lower end provide that service. The service department was awesome! Preordered my recall/warranty parts and got me in and out fast with no hassle.
