J Star Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Anaheim Hills - Service Center

Went in for an oil change for my 2003 Jeep Wrangler and asked service to check an annoying noise under the frame. 2 weeks later and $2,054.87 bill I got the car back. Noise not fixed!?! In the two weeks I probably called Jay in service department 20 times. Lack of assistance, no information, I’ll call you back - but didn’t-, was a joke. I know- you got an early Christmas present from Stupid Frank Brewer! unfortunately, I just bought last January an Escalade from JStar, I’ll now need to find a shop! Excellent service. Nacho and the rest of the team were great. Was in a tough spot, wife at work, and 1 yr old being watched limiting ability to be there to assist with tow truck car delivery.
