Well I’m a new customer from another city about 100 miles away, Tim’s way of greeting me as if I was a buyer from his hometown and the dealership experience minus a minor mishap was a breath of fresh air... away, Tim’s way of greeting me as if I was a buyer from his hometown and the dealership experience minus a minor mishap was a breath of fresh air... it was not the normal dealership bull crap that you deal with, it was almost as if the experience was catered to me personally! JStar completed my upgrades as promised, on time, and for less than I was expecting. I definitely recommend their service department, and I will continue getting my maintenance and upgrades from JStar. less than I was expecting. The service was average, my Jeep was there for 2 days, I called after a couple hours and the representative couldn’t tell me how long the service would take. Then the following day, I receive a call at 530P called after a couple hours and the representative couldn’t tell me how long the service would take. Then the following day, I receive a call at 530P, requesting to pick up my car which was too late of a notice. When I finally pick up my car the following day, hardly any of the staff were wearing masks. I only saw one woman who was the cashier wearing masks. Just seemed like the company had complete disregard a pandemic was happening. I even asked the woman why no one was wearing masks. She stated, we’re all supposed to be. More

My sales person was very nice. I wish I could say more but in fact that was the only good thing I experienced from this dealer. I would never recommend buying from this dealership due to the fact they are but in fact that was the only good thing I experienced from this dealer. I would never recommend buying from this dealership due to the fact they are dishonest and shady. I was interested in buying a used vehicle on the lot and upfront it looked great but right away I noticed that the rear tires were completely bald and unsafe to drive with. The salesman tried telling me the tires have 50% tread but when I pointed out that the rear tires were bald he just smiled and said that doesn’t matter because the car is still nice. That’s was the first red flag. After looking at the exterior I went ahead and checked out the inside and the sales person again said the car was cleaned and sanitized. Second lie. There was some weird crusty stuff stuck between the center console. I figured I’d clean it off when I get home anyway because I know for a fact that interior wasn’t sanitized. Finally after test driving it and reviewing the numbers the sales person comes back saying I’ve been approved for financing. He told me “we got you approved with payments of 695.” They gave me a good price for my trade in and with my credit the price was high but understandable. However what I was completely unaware of was that they had already factored in an extra $1000 for an “optional” gap insurance. This was never mentioned once. I guess they were too excited on scamming me for a grand. I was in a hurry and asked the sales person if I could come back in an hour due to prior commitments but suddenly he switched from the friendly sales man to the prison guard and refused to let me leave. They rushed me through the paperwork which actually I respected because they were working for me with a sense of urgency which is hard to find at some places. I signed all the papers still unaware of the add on they snuck in there. I asked what all these papers were that I was signing and they man only said to me that one was for the price of the trade in and another is for the amount I’m financing. Again still unaware that one of those pages included the so called “optional” gap insurance that they decided to add without my knowledge or consent. The main problem that I have it the dishonesty. Had they been upfront with me from the start and mentioned everything I was paying for and what they suggested I pay for then I wouldn’t have a problem. Besides gap insurance is good to have and I would’ve have bought it anyways. It’s just the fact that they hid it from me until I reviewed my paperwork at home a few days later that I saw the charge on there. I understand we all need to make money but don’t take advantage of your customers just to fill your pocket. So in the end I ended up forking over a grand for gap insurance that was never mentioned, paid $340 for a set of rear tires that should’ve been flagged in the safety inspection and replaced, and to top it all off it was leaking engine oil. Fortunately I work on cars for a living and was able to diagnose the problem which was due to the oil filter not being tightened properly. I left feeling satisfied but after experiencing all of this I feel like unsatisfied and taken advantage of. I would never recommend anyone buy a car here nor will I ever purchase anything from this dealership. More
Overall good. They should consider washing customers car before returning it. All higher en dealerships and even most lower end provide that service. Also, I reported a problem with the start/stop system th before returning it. All higher en dealerships and even most lower end provide that service. Also, I reported a problem with the start/stop system that seems to have been forgotten about. For these two reasons, I rated the quality of work low More
