They added extra charges to the car that should have been included in the sales price. These items were already on the car, but were not disclosed to us online. Really an outstanding experience. I was able to view the Jeep I wanted on line plugged the figures in their online calculator, called Mr Douglas to confirm the numbers. Extremely poor customer service. Management does nothing to check on their customers experience or improve. I called early in the morning to request an appointment to have my new car serviced. The receptionist that took my call was very courteous.
