Purchased an E53 Convertible from the Sales Manager Billy and the transaction was amazing! I visited this dealer to look at an advertised used Mazda 3 for $14,788 for my wife. We test drove the car and my wife liked it. I did note that the car had a bad scuff mark about 8" x 5" near the rear C pil 3 for $14,788 for my wife. We test drove the car and my wife liked it. I did note that the car had a bad scuff mark about 8" x 5" near the rear C pillar. When we sat down to talk about pricing, I was shocked to hear that they had a $4k addendum on top of the price. They said that this included a paint protection and other add-ons. They wouldn't even honor the advertised price. We tried to negotiate with them but they wouldn't take off the addendum cost, although they came down to around $1,200 from the original $4,000. Very ridiculous and shady. We ended up buying another car later that day. I would not recommend buying from this dealership. More
