If I could leave zero stars, I would. My husband and I visited this dealership on Friday, 01/16/26, hoping to purchase a new family vehicle. Unfortunately, that did not happen. We work My husband and I visited this dealership on Friday, 01/16/26, hoping to purchase a new family vehicle. Unfortunately, that did not happen. We worked with a manager named Rodney and spent approximately two hours reviewing numbers and discussing options. Toward the end, Rodney stated that he wanted to speak directly with my husband—who had been keeping our children occupied—because “at the end of the day, he was the man of the house.” That comment was inappropriate, unnecessary, and highly assumptive. After repeated dismissive responses that implied I did not understand the numbers because I am a woman, I no longer felt comfortable continuing negotiations. I chose to walk away and ultimately purchased a vehicle elsewhere, where I was treated with respect and offered significantly better terms. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this dealership based on how I was treated. More
