Best auto purchase experience ever! Purchased a sweet Toyota Highlander here recently and it could not have been any easier. I started my search at J&S about a month ago for the simple Purchased a sweet Toyota Highlander here recently and it could not have been any easier. I started my search at J&S about a month ago for the simple reason that they had several models I wanted to test drive and compare all in one place. They were very accommodating and not at all pushy. I drove 4 different vehicles that day and checked out several more on the lot. After more research, I narrowed my search to the Highlander. I usually go for CPO vehicles, but this one was exactly what I wanted and I couldn't find a similarly equipped model at any of the Toyota dealers. I contacted the local Toyota dealer to see if they would certify someone else's vehicle. They said they don't do that, but told me they could give it a very thorough once over for $135. I thought that was a great alternative. Justin at J&S was super accommodating. I picked up the vehicle from their Ewing location and dropped it off at the Toyota dealer. An hour and a half later, the Toyota service department called and said they had never seen such a "pristine" specimen and that if the price was right, I' should not hesitate to buy this vehicle. The car was priced very reasonably - even a little below market, so there was no need to haggle. Justin remained patient while I worked out financing and when I picked the vehicle up, he had everything ready to go and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. This will be my first stop always when looking for a next vehicle in the future. Thanks Justin - it really was a pleasure doing business with you! More

No Surprises Attempted to purchase a vehicle from different dealer a few years ago, had terrible experience with shady salespeople (used a "hotmail" account) and h Attempted to purchase a vehicle from different dealer a few years ago, had terrible experience with shady salespeople (used a "hotmail" account) and hidden fees. Was expecting a similar experience but was pleasantly surprised at how easy the deal went. Test drive easy, no hard sell but not much movement on price (auto was priced pretty low already according to KBB/Edmunds). I was OK with price and no haggling. Financing from WellsFargo was a rate that was expected. Finance person (Abe) explained the contract in detail. About two hours total door in to drive away. Minor improvements could be made on speed of financing and final prep, but overall a stress free experience. Lot and showroom is pretty basic, but price and service make up for it. Tony the salesperson followed up diligently, even though the COVID outbreak was changing retail hours daily. More

But I ended up walking out of there with a new 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could get a brand new SUV. The customer service there was outstanding. Everything was explained very well. The whole process was smooth. I would recommend anyone of my close family and friends to them. More
