Everyone was very helpful in answering any questions and working out a great deal that we were very satisfied with. All information for the purchase was provide to us and there were no surprises. I will definitely recommend J & S to my friends and family when they are looking for a car. I had sent in a request for an Outlander with a specific accessory package on the internet to J & S. I was promptly contacted by Victoria who called to discuss my request. It was a very enjoyable conversation without any high pressure sales pitch. After speaking with Victoria, I found out the dealership did not have the exact model I was looking for, but Victoria said don't worry I'll have the owner George call you. Within 15 minutes George called and we discussed what I was looking for. He told me to give him a few minutes to check availability. He quickly called me back and told me he was working on getting the car. I let George know what I was looking to spend and after a very pleasant conversation we had come to a very agreeable deal for both of us. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership the next day to pick up the car it was in the shop being washed and waxed. We were met by Henri who greeted us and brought us over to see the car. After that he started the paperwork and everything went smoothly and quickly and I was soon driving home in my new Outlander GT. From my experience I will definitely be coming back when my car needs servicing and when its time to get my wife a car next year sometime. Thank you George and your team. More
