Worst buying experience I've had. They sold me a car knowing that they don't have the title. Now the car is just sitting there, can't do anything with it. Upon delivery the check engine light was on and they stated that the delivery guys might have done it. Clearly not the case. Car delivered without carpeted mats and wouldn’t be told when last oil change was done when asked other than “it’s good” so i technically don’t know when the last oil change was done More
I called and asked what kind of examination they do on their cars before putting them out for sale. The rude man evaded my question, just saying "we check everything " and refused to offer me specifics, t their cars before putting them out for sale. I sadly rented a car through this place through Hyrecar, they rent for them under the name Saliba Renal Hamilton. I have rented many cars over the years and bring my cars back clean, maybe a little bit of p they rent for them under the name Saliba Renal Hamilton. I have rented many cars over the years and bring my cars back clean, maybe a little bit of pebbles on the matts from under your shoes (it can be easily remove with a vacuum or shaking of the mats). I was in a rush to get their car back because they demanded I pay for an extra day of the rental, when our agreement was to end August 1 2022. I have proof in writing in many forms. Because of this, Saliba has charged me with a cleaning fee of $90. Again I am respectful of other peoples property and would never ever return a dirty car, esp when I know fees are involved. They are taking advantage of me. I am sure they doctored photos they sent to Hyrecar to make sure they get more money from me (Hyrecar are the ones billing me that pay them). They aslo set this up so I cannot get a promo through Hyrecar which I would have been entitled to) and they are refusing to refund my money. PLEASE do not work with either company. You will be overcharged on old cards for rentals that are not working that great. They also do not communicate well and any evidence I had in a chat with them through Hyrecar that showed I had the car until August 1, they deleted so it was not in the chat, only my part. Please again avoid both companies. Hyrecar should have done the right thing, but they are taking the dealers side to get more money from me. More
Eli and his team at J & S Auto Haus III are fantastic. Their web page made searching for vehicles simple. Every feature was available to be filtered and sorted, which made finding a car a breeze. I called several times to verify if the car was still available and to schedule test drives. Each time the phone was answered quickly and the person on the other end was pleasant and helpful. The lot is in an easy to find address off a main road in Trenton, NJ. This was important to me because I had a long drive from DE to NJ, and the last thing I wanted to do was search for their lot in back street or difficult to find location. The cars they had on the lot were all clean and shining. They take pride in the presentation of their vehicles. I immediately met with a salesman who showed me to the car I was asking about, a black Honda Accord. It was a 2012 model, but the car looked new. Their detail team cleaned every inch of the interior and exterior before and after I purchased the car. Purchasing the car was a breeze. The price was very reasonable and all questions that I asked were answered in a straight forward manner. I brought a certified check from my bank and the transaction took less than 30 minutes to complete; paperwork signed, temp tag installed, registration printed, insurance verified, etc. It was the best buying experience I have had. I have been a customer of J&S for almost 20 years and purchased approximately 15 cars virtually all Mercedes. Yesterday I made a purchase of a 2018 E 300 from Flemington Mercedes. The price of the car I purchased approximately 15 cars virtually all Mercedes. Yesterday I made a purchase of a 2018 E 300 from Flemington Mercedes. The price of the car I purchased was less then the advertised price I saw on Facebook and my trade in was full Kelly's Blue Book, something I never got from J&S. Add to this bumper to bumper unlimited mileage warrantee verses 30 days from J&S. I also no longer have any idea what J&S has in stock sense that feature has been removed from their web site. My last two expierance in the service shop, while Mike tried his best, were disappointing. I'm not sure where I will go when my sons S class needs to be replaced l. More
